The Archaelogical Experience is one of the Top Experiences you can take part at Mare Nostrum Diving in Ustica.
Clay remains can be spotted in several dive - and snorkelling sites, but if you want to identify with a museum tour, the two underwater archeological itineraries, set by the Sicilian Monuments and Fine Arts of the Sea Office will offer you an overview of the past, which are in Punta Cavazzi and in Punta Falconiera. The artefacts in both sites were left in the original place of discovery and equipped with notice boards avoiding their removal from the seabed that have kept them for centuries.
To get a better idea of the anthropological origins of the island, you can also go for a tour at the Prehistorical Village at Faraglioni while enjoying an amazing view of the coastline.
